Land Clearing
We specialize in professional and selective land clearing of Cedars (Ash Juniper), Mesquite, and other invasive or unwanted species using Forestry Mulchers, all while preserving Oaks, Elms and other native and desired species on your land. We've earned the trust of Central Texans just like you by taking care of your land just like we would our own.
We use only purpose-built mulchers that are designed for the extreme needs of mulching in hot and rugged Texas Hill Country.
Rock Grinding
There are two things we have way too much of in the Texas Hill Country: Cedars and ROCKS! Rock Grinding is the fastest, least expensive, and most effective way to rid your land of all those rocks that prevent you from enjoying your land. Our Rock Grinder takes rocks up to 12" in diameter and grinds them down to less than an inch in most cases. This material is then mixed with the topsoil and any mulch to create a uniform surface perfect for seeding grass.
Tree Trimming
We offer Tree Trimming and Hand Clearing around buildings, fences, and trees that you want to preserve. Trimming and Hand Clearing with or without Mulching allows for a great finished product.
Technical Tree Climbing
Technical Tree Climbing requires specialized climbing equipment and training. It is utilized to reach branches that need trimming beyond the reach of ladders and equipment and can be performed over structures. We have the experience and insurance required for the job.
Hazard Tree Removal
A hazard tree is a tree that could be dead or dying, is hanging over a structure, or is in danger of falling or damaging a structure. We utilize different techniques and equipment to safely mitigate hazard trees.
Site Preparation
We do all types site preparation, including: dozer work, excavation, grading, leveling, drainage, driveways, ranch roads, tank construction, etc.
Wildland Fire Prevention Consultation
Cedar Monsters of Texas is Firefighter owned and operated, and some of our employees are firefighters too. We have have the Wildland Firefighting training and experience to show you how to protect your property from Wildland Fire.
